Your payment processed through Stripe and your Member subscription is active. You should receive an email receipt within a few minutes. If you don't see one, check your spam folder, and add [email protected] to your contacts so future correspondence lands in your inbox.
The Guild's editorial output stays free to read for everyone. Your Member benefits are the few extras a paying member gets in return for funding the work:
Update your payment method, change your email, view your billing history, or cancel any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Stripe will send a one-time login link to the email address on your account — no password to remember.
For anything outside billing — questions, feedback, or just to say hi — write to [email protected] from the email you used at checkout. I'll handle it personally.
The Substrate Library is the densest part of the publication right now.
